Jamie began her real estate career in Madison in appraisal in 1987 while completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin. She has 10+ years of experience valuing residences, lake front properties, vacant land, both owner occupied and investment income properties and commercial buildings in Dane County and the surrounding areas. Her experience has provided her with a strong grasp of area real estate values.

Jamie enjoys working both with buyers and sellers. As a Seller's representative, she helps you estimate the market value of your real estate and develop a marketing plan to sell your property within a reasonable time period. As a buyer's agent, she uses her background to help you negotiate a fair purchase price.
